Thank you for the all the views, comments and emails. I am excited to share the news that joanneE. is about to get some kitchen street cred! Next month I will begin taking classes at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York to pursue a degree in the Culinary Arts. ICE is located in Manhattan (23rd Street btw 5th & 6th) and the program will focus on the theory, practice and art of cooking.
